Work with me in Bristol

If you’re looking for trauma-informed counselling in Bristol, I offer in-person therapy in a grounded, relational setting. Working face to face can feel particularly supportive if you value shared physical presence, routine, and having a dedicated space away from everyday life to focus on yourself.

A cozy living room with a fireplace decorated with string lights, a large mirror above, and a burning fire inside. There are two couches, a coffee table with tissues and a glass pitcher, and various plants and decorations around the room.

My practice

My work is grounded in a humanistic, person-centred and trauma-informed approach. I work collaboratively and at a pace that feels manageable, with careful attention to safety, containment and the therapeutic relationship.

I’m interested in understanding your experiences in context — including what you’ve lived through and how you’ve adapted. As therapy develops, we may gently slow things down and pay attention to emotional, physical, and relational experience to support greater clarity and self-compassion.

Alongside my private practice, I work across specialist trauma services and bring experience of working with complexity, difference and lived experience into my therapeutic work.
